Booking Procedures

1. Booking can be made via telephone or email.
   
   
2. Before using the studio, applicants must state approximately the number of hours that they plan to use. If applicants are not sure how long they will need to book for, please contact us for advice.
   
   
3. Client must rent the studio for at least one hour per session. The remaining time is calculated by hour (every 1 hour).
   
   
4. In most cases, we accept cash only. Customers should make payment once the production is finished.
   
   
5. If client wants to extend the booked sessions, they can do so only after permission is granted by the studio. The rent for extended use will be charged accordingly.
   
   
6. If client would like to have their own sound engineer, the engineer must possess relevant qualifications and experience and can only use the studio after permission is granted by us.
   
   
7. The studio reserves the right to amend the above regulations at any time without further notice.
